At Munchkin we offer private consultations (clinic consultations in Figtree, home visits in some areas in the Illawarra, online Telehealth consults Australia wide), a range of workshops on topics such as introducing solids, toddler nutrition, fussy eating, fertility, breastfeeding and pregnancy and can also tailor-make a workshop for your friends, mothers group, colleagues and/or staff.

Consultations

We provide individual consultations for children and families in our Wollongong clinic or online. Services are available for privately funded clients, NDIS participants, and Medicare care plan referrals (with gap fee). Each consultation is tailored to your child’s unique needs, with strategies that are neurodivergent-inclusive and family strength-based.

Workshops, Public Speaking & Professional Education

We run engaging group sessions and workshops covering topics such as starting solids, managing fussy eating, navigating allergies, and supporting healthy growth. These sessions are designed to give parents, carers or childcare staff practical tools in a supportive environment.

Our dietitian is also available for presentations, seminars and professional development sessions. We deliver evidence-based, practical nutrition education tailored for health professionals, educators, and community groups.

Childcare Menu Review

We support early childhood services by reviewing and developing menus that meet nutritional guidelines, promote variety, and are inclusive of children with allergies or special dietary needs.

At Munchkin Nutrition & Dietetics, our goal is to empower families, educators and communities with the knowledge and confidence to support children’s nutrition and wellbeing.
